Trey is the brains behind the coffee sourcing, roasting, and brewing. He’s full of unique coffee knowledge, the best teacher, and can make a mean cup of pour over.
Trey’s passion for exploring the vast possibilities of coffee is what sparked our journey at Omega. He dedicates his time to perfecting new coffee profiles, roasting our ongoing supply, and shaping the overall vision for our brand. We are incredibly grateful for his unwavering commitment to delivering the best coffee experience possible.
Shelby
Co-Founder / CEO / Ops Director
Shelby is the mastermind behind all logistics and the driving force behind the major operations at Omega. Shelby’s dedication to the team is unparalleled—she has the biggest heart, excels as a teammate, and pours stunning latte art.
She invests her time in nurturing our team, managing all of our ongoing projects, and implementing the vision for our brand. Shelby's commitment to continuous improvement inspires everyone around her to strive for excellence every day. In doing so, she fosters a positive work environment rooted in praise and uplifting each other.
Olivia
Head Barista
Olivia is our Head Barista and manages a wide variety of behind bar operations. She's sweet, spunky, and always keeps things light and fun!
She focuses her time on creating elevated customer experiences and maintaining all of the critcial supplies for everything bar related. Olivia has been passionate about coffee for years and brings with her coffee shop experience from across the U.S. We are grateful for the positive impact she brings to Omega!
Tierra
Barista
Tierra is a lovely barista! She is full of joy and lights up the shop in a beautiful way. She welcomes everyone who walks through the doors with a bright smile and the kindest hello!
Tierra focuses on providing customers with an elevated experience during their visit at the coffee bar. She crafts drinks, assists in customer needs, and educates about all of our offerings. She serves in such a graceful way and we are grateful to have her apart of the team!
Mariah
Head Baker
Mariah is the Head of our Bakery program. She is a sweet soul, with a bright personality, and is a force to reckoned with in the kitchen!
She pours her heart into creating delicious baked goods for customers to enjoy during their Omega Experience. Mariah comes to us with many years of baking experience and the kitchen is her happy place. We are grateful for all the tasty treats she has made, and the many new ones to come!
