our story.

Omega was born out of a challenging period of job loss and uncertainty. From this, a love for coffee and shared coffee experiences emerged, leading to the creation of Omega. We began with a small home roaster in a spare bedroom and spent every weekend in the summer of 2022 at farmers markets and events selling roasted coffee and spreading the word.

In the summer of 2023, an opportunity arose to open our own shop in the perfect location. We seized it, and by late October we were renovating the space. By mid-November 2023, we were doing soft launches with friends, family, and long-time customers. Finally, on December 2nd, 2023, we opened our doors for the first time and celebrated our Grand Opening. It was a whirlwind, and we served 55 drinks an hour for 6 hours straight.

Since then, we have continued to grow our coffee shop, build an onsite roastery, and establish an onsite bakery. Now, we spend our days serving delicious drinks and pursuing our core mission: redefining your coffee experience in every way we can.
