This is our second year bringing you this delicious lot from CoopeDota, in the town of Santa Maria de Dota. Costa Rica Strawberry Shortcake offers an indulgent flavor profile, with rich, syrupy sweetness that delivers Strawberry Jam, Brown Sugar, and Cherry Cordial notes. This exceptional coffee is naturally processed by CoopeDota in the San José region of Costa Rica, where its traditional methods create a flavor reminiscent of a delightful Strawberry Shortcake.

Brew Device: Origami with Wave Filter
Coffee: 18g of medium coffee (4 on Fellow Ode V2 / 550 microns)
Water: 300g at 205°F
Steps:
1. Rinse your filter with hot water and discard the rinse water.
2. Add 18g of coffee to your brewer.
3. Start with a 60g spiral pour to bloom the coffee and swirl the bed.
4. At 30 seconds, pour 80g of water in the center.
5. At 1 minute, pour another 80g of water.
6. At 1:30, finish with an 80g spiral pour.
Goal Finish Time: 2:25 - 2:40

Ratio: 1:3 (18g ground coffee, 54g liquid espresso)
Shot Time: 38-42 seconds, including a 7-second pre-infusion
