12.02 Blend is the heart of our espresso program, offering a rich and smooth profile with Dark Chocolate, Vanilla, Brown Sugar, and Berries. Designed to shine as a stunning espresso but versatile enough for filter brewing, this blend delivers a consistently cozy, complex cup that coffee lovers can enjoy daily.
Crafted from a rotating selection of Washed Process coffees from South America and a Natural Processed Ethiopian, 12.02 celebrates a tribute to the grand opening of our very first coffee shop—The Omega Coffee Bar, which opened on December 2nd.
As you sip, bold chocolate washes over your palate, seamlessly revealing subtle undertones of vanilla, brown sugar, and berries for a perfectly balanced experience.
Our coffees are never flavored—every tasting note is a result of expert cultivation, thoughtful processing, and our precise roasting approach.

Espresso Brew Guide
Ratio: 1:2.5
Dose: 18g of ground coffee
Yield: 45g liquid espresso
Shot Time: 32-38 seconds (including 4-second pre-infusion)
Water Temperature: 205°F
For a silky, balanced beverage, pair this espresso shot with at least 2oz of your preferred milk. More milk will further tame acidity and enhance the espresso’s natural richness.
Pour Over Brew Guide
Brew Device: Origami with Cone Filter
Coffee: 24g of medium coffee (3.3 on Fellow Ode V2 / 475 microns)
Water: 385g at 205°F
Steps:
1. Rinse the filter with hot water and discard the rinse water.
2. Add 24g of coffee to the brewer.
3. 0:00 - Spiral pour 50g of water to bloom the coffee, then swirl the coffee bed.
4. 0:30 - Pour 80g of water to reach 130g.
5. 1:00 - Pour 85g of water to reach 215g.
6. 1:30 - Pour 85g of water to reach 300g.
7. 2:00 - Finish with 85g of water to reach 385g.
Goal Finish Time: 2:50 - 3:00

Pro Tips:
✔ Use white flat-bottom filters whenever possible.
✔ Pre-rinse filters for the best taste.
✔ Coffee tasting sour? Grind finer to increase brew time.
✔ Coffee tasting bitter? Grind coarser to decrease brew time.
French Press Guide:
Coffee: 30g of medium grind coffee
Water: 500g at 205°F
Steps:
1. Steep for 4 minutes.
2. Stir coffee and scoop off excess foam.
3. Plunge 3/4 of the way to the bottom.
4. Pour coffee and enjoy.
