Ethiopia Blueberry Crumble
Ethiopia Blueberry Crumble – A Returning Favorite from the Legendary Masha Farm
Some coffees leave an impression so deep that they demand a return. Ethiopia Blueberry Crumble is one of those coffees. After captivating our customers last year with its intense fruit-forward character and velvety depth, we knew it had to come back.
This coffee originates from Masha Farm, nestled in Yeppo Village—a region renowned for producing some of Ethiopia’s most expressive and dynamic coffees. The farm operates with an unwavering dedication to natural processing, a method that amplifies the coffee’s inherent sweetness by allowing the fruit to dry on the bean. The result? A coffee bursting with blueberry and mango, rounded out by a deep, indulgent dark chocolate finish.
From the first sip, expect the juicy, jammy intensity of ripe blueberries. As the coffee cools, the brightness of mango cuts through, adding a tropical vibrancy. The finish is long and satisfying, with a rich chocolate undertone that lingers on the palate.
This lot represents everything we love about Ethiopian coffee—fruit-forward, complex, and endlessly drinkable. If you loved it last year, you’ll love it even more now. If it’s your first time, welcome to one of the best cups you’ll drink all year.
Our coffees contain no added flavors—what you taste is the result of expert cultivation, meticulous processing, and our precision roasting.
