Sourced from the renowned Neel Vohora farm in the Arusha region, this natural-processed coffee captures the essence of fresh, sun-dried berries.

With its vibrant and layered profile, Tanzania Mixed Berry Pie brings a dessert-like experience to your coffee routine. Whether brewed as a pour-over or espresso, this coffee delivers a playful yet elegant mix of sweet and tart flavors.

Our coffees are naturally flavored, with no additives. The tasting notes you experience come directly from the coffee beans themselves, carefully roasted to enhance their inherent sweetness.

Filter Brew Guide:

Brew Device: Orea V3 / Kalita Wave  
Coffee: 18g of fine coffee (2 on Fellow Ode V2 / 320 microns)  
Water: 300g at 205°F  

Steps:

  1. Rinse your filter with hot water and discard the rinse water.  
    2. Add 18g of coffee to your brewer.  
    3. Start with a 60g spiral pour to bloom the coffee and swirl the bed.  
    4. At 30 seconds, pour 80g of water in the center.  
    5. At 1 minute, pour another 80g of water in the center.  
    6. At 1:30, finish with an 80g spiral pour.  
    Goal Finish Time: 2:15 - 2:30  

For the best flavor, let the coffee rest for 5 days after roasting before brewing.
